Granite is a natural product that may vary in shading, colour marking and veining. This enhances the beauty of the stone making every slab individual. Granite is volcanically formed natural stone and best known of all igneous rocks.
Found in many parts of the world, granite is available in a wide variety of colours. It has a cool smooth surface which is ideal for pastry making and suitable for all types of kitchen worktops. Available in six price groups and in thicknesses of 20mm, 30mm and 40mm, granite is extremely hardwearing and durable, withstanding most extremes of temperature.

Less choice than either Corian or Silestone, but Granite is a natural stone with it's own unique marking
and veining, no two slabs are the same, Granite is smooth, and extremely resilient to heat making
it a perfect candidate for the ideal kitchen.
Cut-Outs for sinks and hobs are also available, at extra cost.
Pan Rests consist of 10mm bars placed in 5mm deep grooves in the worksurface. The bars are available in stainless steel or brass, in lengths of 200, 300 and 400mm lengths. These are available as an extra over price quoted for six pan rests, but the customer can request more or less as required.
